Accessories: Because your dress has a sweetheart neckline, you want a necklace that is short so that it dangles at a reasonable length above the neckline. Preferably a necklace that rests just at the base of your neck, around the hollow of your neck. In addition, a circular/statement necklace would look more suitable than a ‘v-shaped necklace’ when contrasting with a v-neckline dress like yours.  

Hair: This really depends on the type of your shoulders, neck, and face shape. Get back to me on that. However, strapless dresses generally look better with hair let down or swept to the side. 

Shoes: If your dress is plain solid red, I suggest you couple it with a pair of sparkly, sequined shoes. Colours such as black, silver or copper gold are the most suitable against a red dress.
