Is this the dress ? If so, nice choice! 

Accessories: As your dress has a straight neckline, a circular/statement necklace or a v-shaped necklace are both suitable. Feather or chandelier earrings would look amazing with that dress. Avoid blue or light cool colours (ie, light green) as you don’t want your accessories to clash with your dress. Perhaps pick a colour from the rhinestones on the dress and make that the main colour for your accessories. Maybe pink, or dark green. Silver is a safe colour, you can’t go wrong with that. ;)

Hair: The tighter the dress, the more volumised you want your hair to be. This dress is tight from the waist up. I suggest you curl your hair. However, your face shape is a factor. If you have a ‘slimmer’ face, curly/volumised hair is suitable. If not, then straight hair is better. As the dress is strapless (also depends on the type of your shoulders and neck), either let it out or sweep it to the side. 

Shoes: Lastly, the style of shoes is up to you. The colour of the shoes should match with the colour of the earrings/necklace. If this doesn’t appeal to you, wear a pair of silver or black heels (they match with virtually everything!)
